Seth Billiau

Seth Billiau is a quantum scientist at Booz Allen Hamilton where he applies quantum technologies to meet mission needs for Federal and Commercial clients. Prior to his career transition in 2024, Seth spent three years of his career as a data scientist and machine learning engineer, applying modeling techniques to address our nation’s largest challenges. Seth has a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University in Statistics. 

Seth was adopted from Daegu, South Korea, at six months old and raised in Grand Rapids, MI, with his sister who is also a Korean adoptee. Since moving to the DMV in 2021, Seth has been a proud member of the ASIA Families, volunteering for programming such as Camp Rice, Korean Culture School, Bridge Tour 2023, Gala 2024, and Dream Tour 2025-26. Since 2022, Seth has been a lead teacher for Korean Culture School, first with the Net class and now with the Teen class. As a board member, Seth is passionate about building multi-generational adoptee communities with ASIA Families.
